Network analyzer plus options for spectrum analysis and absolute power measurements in one extremely light, compact, instrument with a frequency range from 9 kHz to 3 GHz.

Features:

• Measurement of S-parameters, impedance, admittance and stability
• Measurement output as Smith chart, inverted Smith chart, magnitude and phase, polar diagram, real / imaginary, group delay, VSWR
• Very high number of traces and channels, overlay display of traces and different channels in a single diagram
• Evaluation of traces within up to 10 ranges: max, min, rms, mean, std deviation, electrical length, phase delay
• Evaluation of band pass filters in terms of center frequency, bandwidth, quality factor, attenuation
• Optional spectrum analyser (ZVL-K1) including all functions also available with the network analyzer R&S ZVL

• Intuitive user interface for hard and soft key or mouse control. Dialogues and wizards for more complex tasks guide through the measurement
• A context sensitive on-line help function explains the used functions in detail and provides the associated remote commands for easy programming
• Undo and redo functions
• Operation from remote locations via remote desktop function
• Easy export of the test setups, measurement results or screen shots to the internal flash disk or to an USB stick.Export or import of measurement data in ASCII or Touchstone format
• Remote control via 100/10 base T-LAN interface or optional GPIB interface
